Shipping & Return Policy

SHIPPING: WE SHIP TO CONTINENTAL U.S. ONLY! All items are shipped priority overnight using FedEx as the preferred carrier. Shipping and handling will be a flat rate of $55 including box, heat or cold packs. We will not ship until you respond to our shipping email Shipping delays that result in livestock lost will not be covered under the Ruby Reefers Corals Guarantee. Ruby Reefers LLC is not responsible for any livestock lost due to inclement weather conditions. It is the customers responsibility to ensure their local weather is suitable for live arrival. We do offer local hub pickups for a healthier coral arrival. We do not ship if our local weather is below 38F degrees or above 95F. Returns & DOA Guarantee: We guarantee all of our items to arrive alive. If, for some reason, an item does not arrive alive, you must contact us via email. Email must include detailed pictures of the item within one hour of the package's arrival. If, in our opinion, the item is deemed to be deceased or defective, a credit will be applied to your account. We do NOT cover any shipping. Refunds: In the event a refund is approved for an intended purchase, the refund will be issued for that purchase. Shipping Day: We ship with a delivery day of Thursday or Friday.
